If you consistently encounter a busy signal on your cell phone, it may be possible that your mobile operator has choked calls to access the number. We believe you have a right to access any phone number you wish using your cellphone. Please check with your mobile operator to make sure the phone chat line number is not choked by them for your cellphone.
